Onest Store is an online platform and is the property of SAS LS Fair Market, with capital of €3,000.00 and whose head office is located at 38 bis rue des entrepreneurs 75015 Paris (hereinafter referred to as “ the Site ”, “ the Service ”, “ Onest Store ”, “ the Service Provider ”, “ we ” or “ us ”).
We reserve the right to modify or, more generally, update these general conditions at any time and without prior notice. That is why we invite you to consult them regularly.
Onest Store offers an intermediation service between sustainable, ethical and committed professional buyers and sellers (hereinafter “ Brand ”, “ Seller ”, “ Partner Seller ”) selected by Onest Store for the sale of so-called lifestyle products, particularly fashion, beauty and interior decoration (hereinafter “the products ”). The aim is to give visibility to their products, particularly via our site and our social networks, and to support the transition towards conscientious and sustainable individual consumption by improving the accessibility of their offers.
These T&Cs govern the use of the Site and are not intended to replace the General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter T&Cs) of the Seller. It is expressly specified that the Service Provider is not a party to the act of Sale, it is concluded exclusively between the Seller and the Customer (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ the Parties ”).
Definitions
The terms used below in these General Terms and Conditions have the following meaning:
“Order”: Request to purchase a product via the Site, submitted by the Customer to a Seller.
“Account”: The Customer's personal space on the Site, in which all the data provided by the Customer is grouped and allows him to manage his Orders. It is accessible by unique identifiers.
“Seller’s General Conditions of Sale” or “Seller’s General Terms and Conditions”: Specific terms of the Seller governing the sale of these products on the Site. It is up to the Customer to consult them directly on the Seller's website. The seller can also share its T&Cs on the page dedicated to its Brand on the Site. The Seller's General Terms and Conditions on the Site are the exclusive responsibility of the Seller.
“Sales Contract”: Contractual agreement which materializes the customer’s consent to acquire the product sold by the Seller. It supervises the sale of the Product through the Site. The Sales Contract consists of the product sheet, the order form, the Seller's General Terms and Conditions, these General Terms and Conditions and the purchase invoice.
“Product Sheet”: Detailed description of a Product written exclusively by the Seller on the Site, which must provide all the essential and legally required information.
“Credentials”: The email address and password chosen by the Customer when creating their Account.
“Platform”: refers to the online Site accessible at the following address: https://oneststore.com. The Site brings together all the web pages, Services and functionalities offered to users.
“Payment Service Provider” or “PSP”: designates the company holding a banking license, which provides payment services enabling payments to be collected from Customers on our Site.
“Product”: Item put on sale by a Seller on the Site and belonging to the categories that can be sold on the Site.
“Seller”: Natural or legal person having been selected by the Service Provider and offering products for sale on the Site.
“Customer”: Natural or legal person using the Site to purchase products offered on the Site by a selected seller.
Age restrictions
Use of the Site is reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. We assume no legal responsibility for misrepresentations of age.
Geographical area
At Onest Store, partner sellers take care of delivering your orders directly to your home or to the address of your choice. We have chosen direct delivery from the partner seller to reduce carbon emissions linked to transport and storage.
This means that locations served and delivery costs, as well as delivery times, vary depending on the partner seller and the product ordered. This information is available on our site on the page of the product you ordered and on the brand presentation page.
Generally, the countries that can be served by our partner sellers are the countries of the European Union and/or Morocco.
The service provider is not responsible for any delay in delivery or any lost or damaged package.
Description of Service
The Site acts as an intermediary between You and the Seller, facilitating the search, communication, purchase and sale of sustainable and committed products.
There can be no assimilation between the Service Provider and the direct sellers of the products referenced on our site.
The sales contract is established exclusively between the Seller and the Buyer. The Service Provider only plays an intermediary or assistance role in the buyer's experience.
For all these reasons, the Service Provider's responsibility is limited to providing the site and its dedicated services.
The service consists of a freely accessible service and a service accessible from the customer account. The free access service is made up of a set of elements allowing users to visit the site, prepare their order and create a customer account. These elements are:
- The catalog of products offered by partner sellers
- The presentation pages of the products and brands present on the Site and the Onest Store
- The Onest Times magazine and all its contents
- Access to the basket
- Creating a customer account
Furthermore, once registered on the site, the customer account allows the Customer to find information related to their order and to have access to certain functionalities:
- Tracking the status of your orders
- Management of personal information,
- Access to order history,
- The possibility of requesting a return and refund
Accounts
When you create an account on our site, you agree to the following:
- that you are solely responsible for your account and the security and confidentiality of your account, including any passwords or sensitive information attached to that account;
- that all personal information you provide to us through your account is current, accurate and true and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our site illegally or violate the terms of acceptable use.
Products sold:
Please note that the Site only acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the Seller. We are at no time responsible or owner of the products referenced on our Site. Any complaints, return requests or questions regarding the products should be directed directly to the Seller in accordance with its policies and procedures. We are not responsible for the transactions between the Customer and the Seller, nor for the quality, safety or conformity of the products sold. We nevertheless facilitate your communications with the seller thanks to the information provided on our Site and thanks to the functionalities available in your customer account on the Site.
Descriptions
On our platform, the product descriptions aim to give you a representation of them. The information and photos of the products are communicated exclusively by the Sellers who are solely responsible for them. We do our best to ensure that the product photos on our website are very representative, but it is possible that the user's perception of the images due to the way in which the images are presented do not correspond to the reality of the product .
Availability
On our website you can see product availability on each product page. Product availability may vary and is subject to the sole decision of the Seller. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all products. It is therefore possible that a product may turn out to be unavailable, despite the fact that sellers do their best to check and update the availability of each product in real time.
If this happens after you have paid for your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible of partial delivery of your order or cancellation of your order due to unavailability of a product. If we deliver a partial order or cancel your order for this reason, we will refund all or part of your order within a maximum of 14 days following the e-mail informing you of the unavailability of the product. The refund will be made using the payment method you used for your purchase.
If we do not respect the 14-day reimbursement deadline, you will be entitled to request interest according to the rules of the Consumer Code.
Order procedure on the Site
To order products on our site, you must go through the website www.oneststore.com and use a valid payment method to make payment.
During the process of purchasing one or more products, you can place the product(s) you wish to purchase in your basket, create or access your customer account, choose the shipping method among those offered by the seller, and proceed to online payment for your order.
Product prices are expressed in euros and include the VAT in force at the time of the order. Delivery costs may be added depending on the seller's delivery policy and are indicated in your shopping cart. Several payment methods are available to you.
Sellers can change their product prices at any time. The price you will pay will be that valid on the day of your order. You are required to check your basket before finalizing your order and ensure that you are authorized to use the payment card provided.
Payment procedure
Any purchase on the Site results in direct payment on the site. . Payments are processed by our Payment Service Providers (PSP), namely STRIPE. We do not store Customer payment information. The protection of your data is of great importance to us. Our PSP holds a European electronic money institution license, and ensures the protection and encryption of your data. He is therefore in charge of money flows on behalf of third parties. Only the PSP you choose to pay for your order has access to your banking information during payment.
Payment for your order is made by credit card (Apple Pay, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard).
Your order will not be validated if your payment is refused by Stripe or your bank. Until full payment for your order is made, the products remain the property of the sellers.

Delivery
Delivery of the products is made in accordance with the Seller's General Conditions of Sale.
The Sellers send the ordered products directly to the delivery address indicated by the user when ordering. We are in no way involved in the delivery of your ordered products.
The sellers undertake to send the ordered products within the deadlines indicated for each product.
In principle, you will receive as many packages as brands ordered. The number of packages shipped depends on the number of brands in your order and the number of products ordered per brand. If the order is made up of several products of the same brand, the number of packages shipped will depend on the number of products ordered and their size.
On our site, you can find the delivery conditions and costs of each of the sellers on their presentation page and on the page of each of their products.
When confirming the order, users agree to provide the correct delivery address and their exact personal contact details for each order. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the failure to deliver your products. Neither we nor the seller will be held responsible if you have given an incorrect address or personal information and delivery cannot be made.
Transfer of ownership :
Title to the products passes from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery. At no time do the products become our property. They cannot only be the subject of a transfer of ownership between the seller and the buyer upon delivery and vice versa in the event of return of the product.
Responsibility for Products Sold:
We are not responsible for the condition of the products upon arrival nor for their quality, safety or conformity. The Seller is required to guarantee that the products are in perfect condition before shipping. Any problem related to the condition of the products must be resolved directly with the Seller in accordance with their General Conditions of Sale.
Guarantee, right of withdrawal and returns
Purchases of products on our Site are direct transactions between the Buyer and the Seller. Onest Store does not act as a reseller of these products. The products are sold under the sole warranty of the Seller.
We do not provide warranty on products. Consequently, we cannot take back or exchange products purchased via our site, but can facilitate the return process by contacting the seller directly from our site via your customer account (section: “My returns”). For Onest Store, it is important that our users know their rights. If a user wishes to cancel a purchase, they may do so within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. He must then return the product within seven days of cancellation. To cancel or request the return of an order placed on our site, the user must use the returns service set up by Onest Store through the customer account (“My returns” section). It is important to note that the management of cancellations and returns is governed by the general conditions of sale (CGV) of each individual seller.
For hygiene and health reasons, hygiene products, cosmetics, earrings and piercings are only eligible for return if they are in their original packaging, sealed and unused. For other products, they must be returned in perfect condition, with their labels and packaging intact.
Users also benefit from legal guarantees of conformity, against defective products, and against hidden defects, as prescribed by French law.
The conformity guarantee is valid for two years from delivery and covers defects existing on delivery of the product.
If the 14-day withdrawal period still runs, the user can make a return request directly from their customer account in the “My returns” section and notify the seller via the same section to specify the situation.
If the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the user must contact the seller directly to request a return under the conformity guarantee. Contacting the seller is only possible after making a return request. The costs associated with the conformity guarantee are free for the user, if the lack of conformity is real. Depending on the seller's sole discretion, the user may benefit from repair, replacement or a partial or total refund of the non-compliant product.
The warranty against hidden defects covers hidden defects that render the product unusable or significantly reduce its use.
If the 14-day withdrawal period has not yet ended, the user can make a return request directly to their customer account in the "My returns" section and send a message to the seller via the same section to specify the situation . Contacting the seller is only possible after making a return request.
If the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the user can contact the seller directly or contact Onest Store to facilitate communication with the seller. In the event of hidden defects, the user has a period of two years to report the hidden defect discovered. If proof of hidden defects is provided, the user can choose to return the product for a full refund or keep the product and obtain a partial refund.
The warranty against defective products covers the user if a product causes damage to the user or the environment. If the defect is proven, the user may hold the seller responsible and take legal action to this effect. We invite the user to inform Onest Store of any defect so that we can take the necessary measures to protect other users and process orders that have already been made.
Intellectual property
All content published and made available on this site is the property of LS Fair Market SAS and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything else that contributes to the composition of this site.
All contents of the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these contents is strictly prohibited.
The Onest Store Site, as well as its services, texts, information, data, music, sounds, images, videos, and all other elements published on the site, are protected by intellectual property rights. Users of the Site only have a limited and non-exclusive right of access and use.
The use of the site by users is only possible within the limits authorized by these conditions of use (CGU). No representation, reproduction or exploitation of the Site, services, publications and/or source code of the components of the Site and/or services is authorized without the prior written agreement of Onest Store.
The Onest Store logo present on our site is the property of SAS LS Fair Market and its founder and cannot be used or reproduced without our written authorization. Other logos, brands and symbols published on our site and belonging to third parties are their exclusive property. If you use our logo or any other protected elements without authorization, this constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and exposes you to criminal and civil proceedings, which may result in the payment of damages.

User Contributions
Users can publish reviews on our site relating to products ordered on the Site
Any publication on our site must comply with the conditions of acceptable use listed in this document.
